Prism X Strategy is a boutique consultancy practice on Turtle Island (now known as North America) established to support those at the forefront of systemic change. We help to define social purpose, act as a catalyst for social change, embed purpose and develop a roadmap to success as a force for good. With experience across not-for-profit, philanthropic, and for profit in the public and private sector, we partner with a spectrum of clients by providing capacity strengthening and external counsel. Jessica is a seasoned Experience Designer and Social Changemaker with a diverse background across a multitude of sectors and industries. She works in systems change to catalyse transformative change-believing that collectively, we can redefine humanity and transform our relationships with each other and with the land, creating hope for future generations.

Our work is entrenched in addressing the ambitious 2030 Sustainable Development Agenda (“Global Goals”) launched by world governments at the United Nations. These are our goals, the people of the world. We have a shared purpose to take collective action in solving complex challenges including promoting justice, gender equality, ending poverty, sustainability, ensuring peace, security, environmental protection and human dignity.
Prism’s work is based on the unceded territories of the xʷməθkwəy̓əm (Musqueam), Skwxwú7mesh (Squamish), Səl̓ílwətaʔ/Selilwitulh (Tsleil-Waututh) Nations. Sovereignty of these lands, waterways, and skies has never been ceded. Deepest respects are extended to the Ancestors and Elders, and intergenerational leadership and stewardship have made possible the ongoing work of healing, renewal, and reimagining. These same respects are extended to all Indigenous peoples who Prism has the privilege of working alongside, and to the homelands and Country upon which we gather and dream together.
